Red Hill Construction’s Andrew Youngquist brings to the table over 30 years of new construction experience. His experience and leadership accounts for the new construction of over 1,000 single family homes and 10,000 multi-family homes in communities spanning from San Diego to Fresno, California over the past 10 years.

Mr. Youngquist joined the Birtcher Real Estate Group in 1979 as a Project Manager and was later promoted to President of Construction, responsible for overseeing all construction for all facets of the Construction Company.

During his tenure with Birtcher Real Estate Group, Andy sat as a member on the Board of Directors and oversaw the construction of over 30,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial assets, hotels, retail facilities, a tenant improvement division and major specialty projects.

Andy is credited with expanding the Birtcher Real Estate Group across the continental United States, Hawaii, Mexico and the Far East. He additionally was directly responsible for the creation of the Construction Management program for the theater industry that resulted in the construction of over 170,000 new seats in 4.7 million square feet of space and pioneering the stadium-seating concept. Most recently, Andy expanded Red Hill Construction to include Residential / Commercial Rehabilitation and Apartment Services Divisions.

Andy is a board member of Associated General Contractors, board member of Orange County Together Community Relations, board member of Sun Valley Forum, board member of Orange County Council of Girl Scouts.
