St. Andrew Partners, LLC. a Wyoming Limited Liability Company located in Santa Ana California, is a private equity, acquisition, construction management, and disposition company working with foreclosed and distressed residential real estate properties in California. Over the last year, St. Andrew Partners, LLC managing members have acquired, renovated and sold nearly 40 residential properties in Southern California since its conception in March of 2010. 

In-House Construction Partnership

St. Andrew Partners, LLC has formed a joint venture with Red Hill Construction. Red Hill’s core competency is to provide scalability through construction management systems leading to shortened renovation times, declining costs, and greater annualized returns for St. Andrew Partners. Red Hill Construction operates within full compliance of today’s rapidly changing construction environment.

Those recent changes have included, but are not limited to, the treatment of lead based paint, Title 24 compliance, increased permit requirements, and other regulations often ignored by many contractors in the residential renovation industry.

St. Andrew Partners’ Management has a “Hands On” approach to each and every transaction and oversees all facets of acquisition, construction management and the subsequent marketing and disposition.
